Joliet Christmas Tree Preparation Begins Nov. 15
It's that time of year again! Tomorrow morning, the Joliet Christmas tree will be cut down from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

It’s that time of year again! Tomorrow, November 15 at 8:00 a.m., the Joliet Christmas tree will be cut down and removed from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 404 N. Hickory Street in Joliet.
Chellino Crane is donating the tree removal and transportation services again this year.
The tree will then be transported and installed in Downtown Joliet at the Van Buren Plaza across from the Rialto Square Theatre. The removal transportation, and installation is expected to take the full morning.

The official lighting of the tree will occur at the Joliet City Center Partnership’s 21st Annual Light up the Holidays Festival and Parade on Friday, November 23 at 5:15 p.m.
