Joliet Man Charged With Threatening Kids, Taking Cash
The Joliet man was booked into the Will County jail on robbery charges.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man was jailed on robbery charges for allegedly threatening minors and taking their money.
Matthew Bednarkiewicz, 20, was arrested Wednesday.
Bednarkiewicz threatened two different minors and took their money, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.
Bednarkiewicz’s bond was set at $50,000. If he comes up with the money to get out, the unemployed west side resident must get a job or at least actively look for one, Will County Judge David Carlson ordered, according to court records.
