Joliet Man Faces Aggravated DUI Charge After Fourth Arrest: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A 51-year-old Joliet man faces aggravated drunk driving charges after he was arrested while driving under the influence of alcohol by Joliet police, prosecutors said.

David E. Sticha was charged by prosecutors last week after being arrested by Joliet Police, who pulled Sticha over and found him to be under the influence of alcohol, according to a criminal complaint.

The criminal complaint said that Sticha had previously been arrested for DUI in 1995, 2010, and 2012, making his most recent arrest his fourth violation of driving under the influence, prosecutors said in the criminal complaint.

Sticha was also cited for driving on a revoked license and also had previous convictions of driving on a revoked license, prosecutors said.

He was ordered held without bond and remains in custody at the Will County Jail.
