Judge Mulling Over Sentence For Tattoo Face Kiddie Porn Guy's Snitch Brother
The man pleaded guilty and faces up to six years in prison, but could get off with probation.

Tattoo Face Kiddie Porn Guy’s brother already pleaded guilty and agreed to snitch on his sibling, but the judge has yet to decide if that’s worth probation or if he should get the six years in prison prosecutors want for him.
Levi Castro, 30, was supposed to be sentenced Monday but Will County Judge Sarah Jones decided to put it off until next month.
Castro and his brother, Andrew Castro, 27, were arrested on child pornography charges after the cops raided their Crest Hill home in December. During Monday’s hearing, Levi Castro’s attorney, Julie Primozic, told Judge Jones he was left homeless at age 5 and lived with his family in shelters and a car. Levi Castro had also been sexually abused by one of his sisters, Primozic said, and desperately wants therapy and help for his mental illness while he is free on probation.

“He has a lot of trauma that he needs to address,” Primozic said.
Assistant State’s Attorney John Connor asked the Judge to lock Levi Castro up for six years. Levi Castro and his brother, the tattoo-faced Andrew Castro, had discussed a dire and shocking plot involving the abduction of a child, Connor said, although they never got around to doing more than talk about it.

An investigator with the Will County State’s Attorney’s High Technology Crimes Unit testified about the scheme during the Castros’ bond hearing last year, an official said. The investigator told how the Castro brothers “discussed possibly kidnapping a child, a baby, sexually assaulting the baby and then killing, or disposing of the baby, and if the mother of the child got in the way, killing the mother,” the official said.
Jones pointed out that neither of the Castros were charged with the kidnapping plot or actually took steps to bring it to fruition.
“So you want me to sentence him on something that never happened?” the judge asked.
“A crime that he’s never been charged with, nor ever occurred?” she later said. “Wow. OK.”
Connor said the Castros didn’t get the chance to commit the crime they had been discussing because their house was raided by the police, and that Levi Castro was actually relieved when he was arrested.
“He was happy the search warrant was executed because it put an end to everything,” Connor said.
While he did plead guilty to get a deal, Levi Castro still insisted he was innocent, according to statements referenced during the hearing.
“My brother did it,” he reportedly said during an assessment. “I just pled guilty to get out of it.”
