JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man jailed for registering an over-the-top .4 percent blood-alcohol content on a court-ordered breath test was released from custody after just two days.

Franklin might have gotten out of jail again, but he’s not free to drink. Judge Matthew Bertani made it a condition of Franklin’s bond that he cannot consume alcohol and must submit to breath testing at each of his court appearances.
