Lockdown At Joliet West Over 'Aggressive Patient' From St. Joe's
The lockdown was later lifted and the patient was in custody, a school spokesperson said.

JOLIET, IL — A day after Joliet West was on high alert due to a Snapchat threat — leading to the arrest of a 15-year-old freshman, who police said had two guns at his home — school officials say the campus was locked down briefly on Thursday.
"An aggressive patient left St. Joes and there is concern about safety in the area," Joliet Township High School District 204 spokesperson Kristine Schlismann said in a message sent to Joliet West families.
" Students and staff will be held in the building until we receive more information from the Joliet Police Department," she said in a message sent just after 11:30 a.m. "We will be on a secure lockdown at West Campus until we receive more information from JPD. We ask for patience from our families and our community as we work through our safe dismissal plan."
