Massage People Pull Stakes After Rubdown Lady Gets Grabby With County Deputy: Cops

HOMER GLEN, IL — A Homer Glen spa shut down and its workers took off after a masseuse pushed an undercover deputy’s hand onto her breast and rubbed his legs toward his exposed genitals, police said.

The Palm Spa in the Bell Tower Plaza strip mall on South Bell Road remains vacant since the undercover deputy stopped by on June 28, and a subsequent check revealed it was operating without a business license, police said. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the alleged indiscretions at the spa.

The undercover deputy set up an afternoon appointment at the Palm Spa, booking an hour-long deep tissue massage for $75, according to a search warrant filed in Will County court.

A “Hispanic female who appeared to be in her late 20s with dark hair and a medium build” met the deputy when he arrived, then locked the front door of the business, drew the blinds and led him to a private massage room, the warrant said.

The deputy disrobed and lay down “on the massage table with a large cloth covering my genital area,” the warrant said. While the woman worked on the deputy’s right shoulder, she was also “being flirtatious, with comments such as, ‘you have such a nice body,’ ‘I love your teeth,’ ‘you have such a great smile,’” to which he replied, “Thank you.”

About 40 minutes into this, the masseuse asked the deputy if he was a cop and he lied, telling her he was not, according to the warrant.

“She then asked if I was a ‘titty or an ass man,’” the warrant said, and went ahead and “lifted up her shirt and pulled down her bra exposing her breasts.”

The masseuse “grabbed (the deputy’s) right hand and placed it on her breast, while stating they were ‘real,’” the warrant said, then whipped the cloth off his groin.

The deputy reportedly asked the woman “how much more for ‘anything extra’ and she responded … that people usually gave her ‘generous donations after I finish.’”

By this time, the deputy said, the woman was “standing over my exposed genitals, and was rubbing up and down my legs.”

Before things could go any further, the deputy “sat up on the massage table and told the female that I had to leave on a business appointment,” the warrant said. “She then provided me with a wet towel to wash off the massage oil and left the room as I dressed."
