Masturbation At Raising Cane's, Joliet Man Faces Arrest Warrant: JPD
Joliet police are looking for Jose Chocolatl in connection with the April 7 incident at the Raising Cane's restaurant on Plainfield Road.

JOLIET — The Joliet Police Department is looking for Jose Chocolatl, a 26-year-old Joliet resident who faces criminal charges in connection with allegations that he was engaged in sexual conduct at the Joliet Raising Cane's fast-food restaurant, 3000 Plainfield Road.
The Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow decided to have Chocolatl charged with two counts of the crime of public indecency. According to his criminal complaint, on April 7, Chocolatl was in the parking lot of the Raising Cane's when he was engaged in the crime of public masturbation.
The second charge indicates that Chocolatl knowingly exposed his penis in the Raising Canes parking lot "in a lewd manner with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire of the defendant."

According to the arrest warrant, Chocolatl is from the 2400 block of Joliet's Meridian Drive. He is Hispanic, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and has a neck tattoo on his left side that reads 06-26-14 and a tattoo on the right side of his neck that is an outline of Illinois reading "Aurora 630."
Will County Judge Chrystel Gavlin signed the warrant authorizing the arrest.
