More Video Emerges of Joliet Teen’s Arrest
A friend of the arrested teen said he had been harassed and subjected to police brutality.

JOLIET, IL — Two more videos of a Joliet teen’s arrest emerged Thursday after a friend accused police officers of brutality and harassment.
Dae Roberson, 18, appears to complain of a police officer pulling his hair as he’s loaded into a squad car Monday.
Roberson was jailed on charges of aggravated battery to a police officer and resisting police. His bond was set at $50,000 and he remains in custody.The Joliet police have still not responded to requests to comment on Roberson’s arrest.

“They pulled up on both sides of us,” Martinez said. “They’ve been harassing him for like three days.”

Martinez also accused officers of racism and brutality.
“I wanted to cry,” she said. “That’s how bad they hit and beat him.”
