Morris Man Charged With Child Porn Went To Girl's House: Cops

The 24-year-old faces eight counts of child pornography, and police are looking into whether he committed crimes in other jurisdictions.

MORRIS, IL — A Morris man is charged with eight counts of child pornography after police say he also went to an underage girl's house despite being told to stay away. Police said deputies responded to the 30 block of Anchor Drive on Oct. 30 for a report of a man attempting to contact a juvenile female.

According to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, the man, identified as Skyler Roudis, had found out where the girl lived and gone to her home, despite being told not to.

The report led to an investigation and a search of Roudis' cell phone, which contained numerous child porn images, police said.

The Kendall County State's Attorney's Office charged Roudis with eight counts of child pornography, including four class 1 felonies and four class 3 felonies.

Roudis was booked into the Kendall County jail on Tuesday awaiting a Halloween bond hearing. According to jail records, his bail was set at $100,000, meaning he would have to post 10 percent ($10,000) to be released. As of Thursday, jail records indicated Roudis remained in custody.
