Mystery Woman Suing Unidentified Man Over Secret Naked McDonald's Bathroom Videos

The woman found online videos of herself using the restroom in a Joliet McDonald's, the lawsuit said.

JOLIET, IL — A former McDonald’s employee filed a lawsuit against an unidentified man for taking secret videos of her using the bathroom and then posting them online.

The woman worked at the McDonald’s by the Louis mall from some time in 2012 until September 2014, according to her lawsuit.

About four months after she left her job at the McDonald’s, she “discovered multiple videos of herself in the McDonald’s restroom posted to the Internet, specifically <xvideos.com>,” the suit said.

The “recordings captured video of (the woman) appearing nude below the waist,” the lawsuit said.

One video, entitled “SPY CAM in McDonald’s 1,” is seven minutes long and another, “SPY CAM in McDonald’s 2,” is 39 seconds long, according to the lawsuit.

“Combined, ‘SPY CAM in McDonald’s 1’ and ‘SPY CAM in McDonald’s 2’ have been viewed over 100,000,” the lawsuit said.

The woman does not know who is behind the videos.

The former McDonald’s worker now suffers from “mental anguish, emotional distress, humiliation and embarrassment,” the suit said.

The woman pursued her legal action anonymously for fear the unknown videographer — once he finds out he has been sued — will “continue to harm her by tying her name to the video in question and uploading that video to computer servers outside of the United States and the jurisdiction of this court,” according to court papers.
