Naked Masturbator Pleasured Himself in Front of Neighbors: Cops
He stood in his window and masturbated while looking at young women, police said.
JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man stood naked in his window and masturbated while staring at neighbors, police said.
Pedro Onofre, 52, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with two counts of public indecency and one count of disorderly conduct.
A 21-year-old woman reportedly told the police that she happened to catch sight of a nude Onofre standing in the front window of his Pine Needle Lane home as she was leaving for school Tuesday morning. The blinds were open and Onofre was masturbating as he looked at the young woman, police said.

The woman reportedly alerted the law to this after she got home from school that afternoon. Investigators then learned Onofre did the same thing to a 22-year-old woman in December.
Onofre was released on his own recognizance.
