NAPA Brings Jefferson Street To Life With Beautiful New Store
This marks the second week of business for NAPA's new Joliet storefront located at 2155 West Jefferson Street.
JOLIET — One of West Jefferson Street's most unsuccessful commercial properties for the past several years has made a dramatic comeback, all thanks to the NAPA auto parts company. This marks the second week that NAPA has moved into its new location at 2155 West Jefferson St.
NAPA's new storefront is triple the size of its old location, which is no longer open at 2121 West Jefferson St. next to the Walgreens drug store.
At the new location, NAPA has an enormous business sign, easily one of the biggest, if not the biggest, sign along West Jefferson Street, employees at NAPA proudly told Joliet Patch during Monday's interview.

In addition to tripling its store inventory for retail shoppers, Joliet's new NAPA location has ample parking, the employees noted.

NAPA is now open daily, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The business phone for the NAPA store is 815-730-0875.

NAPA is running a month-long June savings, offering sales on oil and antifreeze, chemicals, Milwaukee tools and equipment, sales on accessories, Nightvision LED sealed beams, Budge car covers, Energizer Lighting along with ArmorAll wash and wax products.
Back in September 2021, Joliet Patch reported that a business called World Vape & Tobacco Wholesale had gone dormant in the corner storefront at 2157 West Jefferson St. Window displays advertised cigar accessories, CBD White Owl, glass pipe hookahs and Swisher Sweets cigars.
In 2020, Patch reported that Check Into Cash was the only storefront at the Jefferson Street strip mall at the time of World Vape & Tobacco's arrival, which lasted just a year.
Now, NAPA has taken over the entire strip mall, even demolishing a portion of the building that once served as the World Vape & Tobacco Wholesale.
