Narcotics Agents Build Cases Against 2 More Alleged Wilmington Heroin Dealers

One of the alleged heroin dealers is already in jail on a prior heroin case.

A Wilmington couple was charged with dealing heroin.

Chandler Nelson, 21, and Eric Vinton, 23, were both charged with delivering heroin.

Nelson and Vinton live together on North Kankakee Street, according to the warrants for their arrests.

Vinton is already in the Will County jail for a prior heroin case. He was arrested in January on a charge of delivering heroin. His bond in that case was set at $100,000.

Nelson remains at large. The warrant for her arrest carries a $250,000 bond. Vinton’s bond was also set at $250,000 for his new case.

Vinton delivered heroin in September, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court, and Nelson delivered heroin in October.

Another Wilmington woman, 24-year-old Kathleen Tutterow, was arrested over the weekend on a heroin delivery charge.

Tutterow allegedly delivered heroin twice in June but the charge was not filed against her until last week.
