No Suspects in Thursday Night Slaying
The dead man was found in the driveway of a Houston Avenue home.
A 62-year-old man was found slain in the driveway of a Houston Avenue home Thursday night.
The man suffered “considerable trauma,” according to the Will County Sheriff’s Department.
A resident of the address where the man was found reportedly told deputies of hearing a conversation outside his home and then a loud noise.
“The individual went outside and discovered the victim ... on the ground (and) unresponsive,” police said.
The dead man’s identity had yet to be released Friday morning.
