Ohio Arby's Worker Hauled to Joliet For Sending Out Woman's Sex Pics Without Permission: Cops

An Ohio teen charged with disseminating a woman’s sex pictures without her permission arrived in Joliet Friday night to face justice.

Kindred Tutwiler, 18, was reportedly arrested in Ohio and transported to the Will County jail. Tutwiler, who was also identified as “Kindreth” Tutwiler in county records, faces three felony charges for distributing the images, according to a criminal complaint.

Tutwiler “disseminated a private sexual image of another person” three times between Valentine’s Day and Feb. 17, the complaint said.

The woman in the pictures is at least 18, the complaint says, and can be recognized in the images. She is identified in the complaint only by her initials.

The woman’s breasts and nipples are visible in the three images, the complaint said, and Tutwiler obtained the pictures “under circumstances in which a reasonable person would know or understand that the image was to remain private,” or that the woman had not consented to them being spread around.

The Romeoville police investigated the case.

Tutwiler, an Arby’s employee, was living in the small, southwestern Ohio village of Carlisle when he committed the crime, according to the warrant for his arrest.

Tutwiler’s bond was set at $50,000. He remains in custody.
