Over 2,000 At Peaceful No Kings Rally In Joliet To Protest Donald Trump's Presidency

Joliet Patch made several videos showing the more than 2,000 people at Joliet's intersection of Larkin Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Over 2,000 people came together for a peaceful assembly, waiving their American flags, to demonstrate against President Donald Trump and their belief he considers himself a king.

JOLIET, IL —Organizers predicted at least 500 people would attend Saturday's No Kings rally in Joliet to protest the presidency of Donald Trump. Instead, more than 2,000 people showed up at Jefferson Street and Larkin Avenue and practically everyone had their own homemade sign to show their displeasure with America's president and their belief that Trump considers himself to be a king.

In addition to producing multiple live video interviews of people attending the rally, Joliet Patch has also assembled a photo gallery showing one of the largest political demonstrations to take place in the city of Joliet in many years.
