Penis-Toucher Jailed For Alarming and Disturbing People: Complaint

PEOTONE, IL — A Peotone man exposed and touched his penis, alarming a couple people at the apartment complex where he lives, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.

Rex Moore, 56, was jailed overnight Sunday and released after he came up with $300 bail.

Moore exposed and touched his penis back on July 8, the complaint said. This allegedly alarmed and disturbed at least one man and one woman.

Moore appeared in court Monday.

The sheriff’s department investigated Moore’s alleged penis-touching but provided no additional information about the case Wednesday.
