• Helen Brown, 44, of Joliet was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice.

• Juan Flores, 26, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection.

• Jakkar Hosey, 26, of Joliet was arrested on traffic warrants.

• Barbara McIntosh, 48, of Joliet was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Genia Nickel, 42, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of theft.

• Jordan Pandell, 19, of New Lenox was arrested on charges of manufacturing or delivering cannabis and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rafael Rivera, 46 and homeless, was arrested on traffic warrants.

• Christopher Roberts, 19, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft.

• Antonio Taylor, 32, of Joliet was arrested on a warrant charging him with domestic battery.

• Edward Weithers, 48, of Joliet was arrested on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery and domestic battery.
