Pot Grower Targeted By DEA Locked Up In County Jail: Cops
The Custer Park man grew dozens of pot plants, the DEA said.

A Custer Park man wanted for allegedly growing dozens of pot plants was jailed Monday afternoon.
Jeffrey Timmermann, 30, was booked into custody about 2:30 p.m. His bond had been previously set at $50,000.
Timmermann faces felony charges for allegedly producing between 50 and 200 marijuana plants.

A warrant for Timmermann’s arrest was issued a week ago. The Drug Enforcement Administration probed Timmermann’s pot production, the warrant said.
Timmermann possessed his pot plants nearly two years ago, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.

Voicemail and email messages left six days ago with Special Agent Leo Hawkins, the DEA’s Chicago spokesman, were never returned.
