Priced To Sell? Esporta Fitness Property On Route 59 Available

JOLIET, IL —A highly visible commercial property on Joliet's far west side near Plainfield and Shorewood is now on the real estate market. This week, the Esporta Fitness building appeared on the commercial website LoopNet. The asking price for the 45,000 square foot property is $12 million right now.

The real estate listing notes that the property is in Plainfield. That's not true. The Esporta Fitness is actually in the city of Joliet. According to the listing, the Esporta Fitness lease for the property ends in April 2034.

"Operating the brand names LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, and City Sports Club, the company's mission is to help as many people as possible achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle."
