Pulled-Over Teen Packs Loaded Semi-Automatic Handgun: Joliet Police
Joliet police officers recently arrested a pistol-packing teen in what started as a local, routine traffic stop, according to reports.

JOLIET, IL - A Joliet teen who was recently pulled over for a traffic violation was reportedly packing drugs, a semi-automatic handgun and plenty of ammunition — much of which was in the weapon's extended clip.
Officers stopped Roscoe Norals, 19, shortly before 3 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, near the intersection of Jackson and Chicago streets, according to The Herald-News.
"Officers smelled the strong odor of cannabis in the car and when Norals got out they could see a semi-automatic handgun with an extended clip on the driver's seat floorboard," Deputy Chief Ed Gregory said, in The Herald-News story.
