JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department announced that Dane Donegan, a 31-year-old citizen from South Wilmington, was arrested in recent days in connection with charges of domestic battery that resulted in his Will County Jail detention.
According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English, on October 3, at 10:25 p.m., an officer assigned to another call for service in the parking lot of 1901 West Jefferson Street overheard a woman shouting near a recreational vehicle on the southern end of the parking lot.
The officer then saw a male, later identified as Donegan, holding the woman around the waist and pushing her toward the RV as well as grabbing the female’s hands, English noted.
