JOLIET, IL — If you've been thinking about acquiring commercial property around Joliet, a new real estate listing has just hit the market. It's at 121 Springfield Ave., just two minutes from the busiest intersection in Joliet, West Jefferson Street and Larkin Avenue, according to the listing on LoopNet.

The medical and retail office building consists of 10,199 square feet, and it's 100 percent leased. Last week, Joliet Patch profiled one of the tenants, Ezra Tillman, owner of the Top 5 Percent sign store.

In any event, Jen Saxton of Saxton Properties in Mokena is the broker trying to sell the Joliet office complex for $1,250,000.
