‘Sex Organ’ Displayed at Plainfield Kohl’s: Complaint

PLAINFIELD, IL — A Plainfield man exposed his “sex organ” at Kohl’s, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.

Luis Ortiz, 20, was charged with public indecency in connection with his alleged performance at the Kohl’s on Route 59 near 119th Street.

Ortiz exposed himself on June 23 but the charge was not filed until Tuesday.

Ortiz “exposed his sex organ in a lewd manner with the intent to arouse or satisfy (his) sexual desire,” the complaint said.

Ortiz is free on his own recognizance.
