Joliet police spoke to the owner of the building and learned that Antwan Williams was unwanted at the property.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department said 40-year-old Antwon Williams was charged and released on a notice to appear in court in connection with two separate crimes involving criminal damage to property on the city's southeast side.
In the first instance, Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said that at 7:23 p.m. Aug. 1, officers responded to the 300 block of South Ottawa Street for multiple reports of a shirtless man subject throwing objects at houses and windows.
Witnesses reported the person entered the second floor of an apartment building in the 300 block of South Ottawa Street and was seen breaking a window inside the apartment. Officers saw a man matching the description approaching the basement entrance of the same address.
