Slammers Holding Easter Candy Run For Kids

JOLIET, IL — Kids can load up on sweets ahead of the holiday at the Slammers' Easter Candy Run.

The Easter Candy Run is Saturday, April 8 at the Slammers stadium in downtown Joliet. The event, sponsored by Sports Clips, is set up for three age groups to hunt for candy on the field.

Gates open at 8:30 a.m. Ages 4 and younger run at 9 a.m., ages 5 through 8 go at 9:15 a.m., and ages 9 to 12 take the field at 9:30 a.m.
