Snitch Wanted For Lying to Judge About Supposed Pot Dealer: Cops
The snitch lied to a judge while the cops were trying to get a search warrant, according to a criminal complaint.

JOLIET, IL — A snitch lied under oath to a judge while the police were trying to obtain a search warrant to investigate a supposed pot dealer, according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.
Andrew Wysocki, 27, faces felony charges of perjury and obstructing justice for allegedly lying to Judge Carla Alessio Policandriotes in March.
Wysocki claimed to have been inside a residence on Foxfield Drive in March and — while he was there — a man named Josh Hamm sold marijuana from the home, the complaint said.

Wysocki did this “with the intent to obstruct the prosecution or defense of Josh Hamm,” the complaint said.
Hamm, 26, has no drug cases on file in Will County court. Wysocki, on the other hand, was charged with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia in March.
The police had picked through the garbage outside Wysocki’s Marquette Road home the month prior and found marijuana in several one-gallon plastic bags, according to a complaint for a search warrant.

Police then obtained a search warrant for the unemployed Wysocki’s home and seized less than four grams of pot packaged in two bags, a glass pipe and a scale.
Wysocki was freed on his own recognizance following his arrest on the pot and paraphernalia charges, but the warrant for his arrest on the perjury case carries a $100,000 bond.
