Star of 'Joliet B---h Fight 2007' Video Back in Jail

Remember that guy in the video of the fight outside McBrody's? Yeah, that guy.

JOLIET, IL — The star of a viral fight video shot outside a downtown Joliet bar is back in jail.

Rory Sabino, 35, took the Internet by storm nine years ago with his appearance in the video “Joliet B---h Fight 2007.” Sabino hollers, throws his weight around, punches some people, takes a wild swing that nearly connects with a cop, and ends up getting pepper sprayed and sprawled in a heap on the sidewalk.

The video picked up more than 10,000 views on YouTube before it was taken down. It can still be seen here but be warned! It includes obscene language and violent behavior. Do not click on this link if you suspect you may be shocked or offended.

Sabino ended up pleading guilty to a charge of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to two years in prison.

Another man and a woman were charged in connection with the West Jefferson Street scuffle but neither of them was convicted.

The Shorewood police arrested Sabino, a Channahon resident, Saturday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery. His brother, Roy Sabino, 31, also of Channahon, was arrested on Saturday by the Shorewood police as well. Roy Sabino was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and released from jail on $5,000 bond.
