There are 15 years remaining on the Starbucks lease and five years remaining on the T-Mobile lease, according to LoopNet.
JOLIET, IL — If you've got nearly $5.6 million socked away in your bank account or under your mattress, then you can buy the Starbucks and T-Mobile retail plaza on Joliet's West Jefferson Street.
According to the recent listing on LoopNet, the commercial property at 2518-2020 West Jefferson St. is for sale at $5,555,435. GAIA Real Estate Investments is trying to sell the parcel.
According to the listing, the Joliet property features two corporate tenants, Starbucks and T-Mobile. The Starbucks lease has 15 years remaining, while the T-Mobile lease agreement still has another five years to go.
