Texas Child Molester Captured in Joliet: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A child molester from Texas was captured in Joliet, police said.

Terrance Gross, 30, was booked into the Will County jail early Monday morning. He had a warrant for his arrest out of Texas and was also charged with obstructing justice and resisting police, according to jail records.

Gross, a resident of San Antonio, was sentenced to probation and a lifetime as a registered sex offender for indecency with a 13-year-old girl in 2013, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Gross was 27 at the time.
