Theft and Drugs and Speeding Charges: Police Blotter!

The Joliet police arrested these people. They were then booked into the Will County jail.

• Helene Doss, 52, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of retail theft.

• Miguel Gonzalez, 24, of Joliet was arrested on warrants charging him with the manufacture or delivery of cocaine, the manufacture or delivery of cannabis, possessing a firearm as a felon, and the possession of a controlled substance.

• Alexandria Guzman, 20, of Joliet was arrested on a warrant charging him retail theft.

• Clinton Lockhart, 30, of Joliet was arrested for speeding.
