Third Man Charged With Home Cut Donuts Holdup
One of his alleged accomplices was sentenced to prison and the other got probation.

Tremayne Cherry, 25, allegedly stuck up the West Jefferson Street doughnut shop with two other men in May.
Cherry was armed with both a “metal object” and a gun when he pulled the robbery, according to a criminal indictment on file in Will County court.
Cherry’s alleged partners in crime — Ryan Banks, 20, and Quinton Harris, also 20 — were arrested last year just days after the robbery.
Banks pleaded guilty in February to a charge of aggravated robbery in exchange for prosecutors dropping two counts of armed robbery. He was sentenced to nine years in prison.
The next day, Harris, who also goes by the name Quintan Harris, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft in exchange for prosecutors dismissing a count each of armed robbery and aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to two and a half years of probation.
Harris ended up in prison anyway on an unrelated burglary charge. Department of Corrections records show that he remains in custody.
Cherry remains at large, according to court and jail records. The warrant for his arrest carries a $1 million bond.
