“’Porch & Park’ brings the community together to celebrate Joliet’s vibrant music and arts scene in one of our most beautiful and historic neighborhoods. The event features some of our best local performers along with talented touring musicians," Placher announced. “The entire neighborhood community has embraced this event. Our porch hosts this year run from new residents to a couple who have lived in the neighborhood for a half-century.

“There are very few similar events in the Chicago area, and we’re unique in offering both local and touring musicians across such a huge variety of music genres.”
