Trouble At Calderon Liquors: Joliet Police Obtain 2 Arrest Warrants
On occasion, Joliet police officers are sent to the Calderon Liquors store at 741 Collins Street.

JOLIET, IL— A two-month-long Joliet Police Department investigation into a violent incident involving a gun being fired at the Calderon Liquors store on Collins Street has just resulted in a pair of arrest warrants for two east side of Joliet residents, Justin Davila and Ariana Udave-Magana.
The Will County State's Attorney's Office filed the criminal complaint this week charging Davila with four crimes of aggravated battery and Udave-Magana with three counts of reckless discharge of a gun and one crime of aggravated assault.
The incident happened back on Sept. 27.

According to the complaint, Udave-Magana used a handgun and pointed the gun at her victim, placing the woman in apprehension of receiving a battery. Udave-Magana also discharged her gun inside Calderon Liquors in the presence of John Calderon, court files show. A total of three victims were present when the gun was fired, the court files show.
As for Davila, he is accused of striking his male victim in the head at Calderon Liquors and he is accused of pushing a woman about the body at Calderon Liquors. One of his other charges indicates that Davila used a bottle as a deadly weapon and hit the male victim about the head with it.

There are no mugshots available for Davila and Udave-Magana because both people have not been taken into custody by the Joliet police.
Davila's arrest warrant indicates that he is 36 years old, 5-foot-9 and 250 lbs, Hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes. He comes from the 500 block of Joliet's Elwood Street. As for the co-defendant, Udave-Magana is 26 years old, Hispanic, and 5-foot-7 and 170 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She comes from the 400 block of Joliet's Ohio Street.
