Trouble At Joliet Gas Station Lands Woman From Out Of Town In Handcuffs: Joliet PD
Joliet's police officers were able to secure 23-year-old Emily Craig, and she had to be escorted from the store.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department announced that a 23-year-old woman from 43 miles away was arrested this week on the city's east side following an incident at a Joliet gas station that needed police intervention.
The agency said that Emily Craig, age 23, of Momence was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and three counts of resisting/obstructing a peace officer.
According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 6:59 p.m. on Monday, an officer on patrol near Henderson Avenue and Cass Street saw people in a nearby gas station parking lot involved in a disturbance. The officer intervened in the disturbance, realizing the people were about to fight.

Officers made contact with Craig inside of the store and she refused to leave, despite multiple commands, the arrest report showed. Eventually, after the officers placed Craig into custody for trespassing, she began to resist by pulling away and fell to the floor, English said.
Officers were able to secure Craig, and she had to be escorted from the store, the police pointed out.
