Unwanted, Foul-Mouthed Drunken Teen Screamed in Street, Banged on Door, Tried to Kick Cop: Police

A woman wouldn't let the teen in the house because she was "highly intoxicated," police said.

JOLIET, IL — A drunken, foul-mouthed teen banged on the door of an Illinois Street home, screamed in the street and tried to kick some cops, police said.

Rikki Lynn Tristan, 19, was pounding and kicking on the door of the house when the law showed up about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said. The officers were reportedly sent there to look into a complaint of two women screaming at each other in the street.

Tristan obscenely complained to the cops that she lives at the Illinois Street residence and that she was intent on getting inside, police said. It turned out that Trystan did not actually live there and that she resides on North Prairie Street in Crest Hill, according to the police.

Officers tried to calm Tristan down and get her into a squad car so she could tell her side of the story, police said, but she cursed them, pushed one and attempted to kick another.

The cops took Tristan into custody and shackled her legs when she kept up with the kicking, police said.

Officers then spoke with the a woman at the Illinois Street address and she explained that Tristan was “highly intoxicated” when she showed up at the door, police said, and she “told her to go home.”

Tristan was taken to the Will County jail.
