Vote Early — But Just Once: Early Voting Locations and Dates in Will County

Here are the places you can vote early in Will County.

JOLIET, IL — With Will County officials expecting a large turnout for November’s contentious election, Clerk Nancy Schultz Voots encouraged voters to take advantage of an option that will let them avoid crowded polling places.

The county allows registered voters to cast their ballot anytime from now through Nov. 7. Early voting, which actually started last week, can only be done at the Will County Clerk’s Office for the time being, but will expand to 25 other locations as Election Day approaches.

If you are unable to register to vote by Oct. 11, grace period registration and voting begins Oct. 12 at the Will County Clerk’s Office. County residents with two forms of identification can register and vote at the same time through Election Day.

There will be five additional sites for grace period registration and voting before Election Day.
