Michael Dennison, 57, of Joliet was arrested on charges of possession of an substance with intent and obstructing justice.
Jose Roman Gonzales, 41, of Joliet was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, carrying alcohol while driving, driving on a revoked license, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
