In November, Young’s 28-year-old wife made the Homeland Security claim when she filed for a protective order against her husband.

The wife said Young’s child pornography possession “has been going on since the beginning of October 2015 if not longer.”

Young and his wife have one child together, a 21-month-old son, and she also has an older son, according to court papers.

The wife filed for divorce three days after accusing Young of possessing child pornography and telling of the Homeland Security search. She gave as her grounds for the divorce an “ongoing investigation of child pornography.”
