Track maintenance at the 47th Street railroad crossing will take an extra day to complete than was originally estimated.One lane of the crossing will be closed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 4, depending on the weather, while the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad finishes the track repair work, according to the <a href="http://www.villageoflagrange.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Village of La Grange</a>.Like last week's repair work, one of the two lanes of traffic will be open while the other lane is worked on.Drivers should watch for posted signs and try to find an alternate route Nov. 4. Traffic delays are likely, the village reported.Anyone with questions can call the Department of Public Works at (708) 579-2328.
