Waterman succeeded Timothy Kilrea, who made $304,000 when he retired in 2021 after a decade at the helm. In today's dollars, that works out to $356,000.
Under his original contract, Waterman received a monthly $500 stipend for all costs associated with the use of his car for school business. That provision is missing from his latest agreement.
