La Grange Cop Battered At Restaurant: Police
In another case, someone stole a purse and other items at a La Grange church, authorities said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their blotter Friday. Here is information from the reports:
Aggravated battery of officer
- Kim S. Parisi, 53, who lives in the 10 block of North Brainard Avenue in La Grange, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Saturday on charges of aggravated battery of a police officer, battery and simple assault. The incident was at The Elm restaurant, 23 W. Harris Ave., police said. Patch has filed a public records request for the police report.
Theft

- An unattended jacket, backpack and purse were stolen March 5 from St. Cletus Catholic Church, 600 W. 55th St. The items included identification, cash, a key fob and keys. The investigation continues.
- A bicycle was reported stolen March 13 from near McDonald's, 100 N. La Grange Road. The investigation continues.
Warrant
- A 43-year-old Kankakee man was arrested shortly before midnight March 12 at the La Grange hospital, 5101 Willow Springs Road, on a Cook County warrant.
