La Grange Park Man Acquitted On Felony Charges: Report
He and three others were accused of starting a fight with workers at a Chicago restaurant.
LA GRANGE PARK, IL – A La Grange Park man and three other men were acquitted Wednesday of aggravated battery charges in an incident last year at a Chicago bar, according to a CBS Chicago report.
Judge Ursula Walowski said she found the men not guilty after a bench trial.
Andrew Fedyk, who was 20 at the time, was arrested on the felony charges of aggravated battery in a public place, aggravated battery involving great bodily harm and aggravated battery of a victim over 60, according to a Chicago police news release last year.

Police said the incident occurred early in the morning on June 23 at Barraco's Pizza in Chicago's Mount Greenwood neighborhood, where many Chicago police officers and firefighters live.
The other suspects were identified as Harry Kenny of Glen Ellyn, Frank Paris of River Forest and John Powers IV of Oak Park. All of them were about Fedyk's age.

The men were accused of starting a fight with restaurant employees. Authorities said the 61-year-old restaurant owner, Nick Barraco, was hospitalized for head injuries.
