LT Says Monday Evacuation Completed in "Orderly" Fashion
An evacuation of LT on Monday due to a student prank is the reason why the school does drills, spokeswoman said.

An of Lyons Township High School's North Campus on Monday went well, according to Jennifer Bialobok, a spokeswoman for the school.
"It's a good thing we do these drills," Bialobok said. "It's the reason we do them."
Bialobok praised both staff and students at LT for a "cooperative" and "orderly" evacuation of the building.

According to La Grange Police, on Monday, Pablo Sanchez, 19, of Hodgkins set off a smoke bomb in the North Campus study hall which caused the school to be evacuated for 45 minutes and disrupted class schedules for the rest of the day.
"It is an expellable offense," Bialobok said. "We are still finishing up our investigation and working closely with the police."

Police charged Sanchez yesterday with reckless conduct and criminal destruction of property. He was released to parents later that day.
No action has yet been taken by the school, Bialobok said.
