Park District of La Grange Holiday Tree Lighting

Join the Park District of La Grange to kick off this holiday season! Our annual Holiday Tree Lighting will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Waiola Park located at 47th St. and Waiola Avenue, La Grange, IL.

This is a FREE community event that will feature holiday entertainment including: Those Funny Little People Elves and a special visitor from the North Pole! The actual tree lighting will occur at approximately 6:10 p.m.

This good old fashioned tree lighting will put everyone in the holiday spirit! Warm up with some complimentary hot cocoa as you and your family enjoy the beautifully decorated trees.

Get your family, friends, or a group together and purchase a holiday tree to decorate. Stop by the Recreation Center to register and pick up the tree decorating guidelines. The cost per lighted tree is $65, and the purchasing deadline is Monday, November 18th. Trees can be decorated any time after Thursday, November 28th.
