Woman screams threats outside library
A homeless woman screamed threats at people outside the La Grange Public Library around 6:13 p.m., police said. Officers sent her on her way without incident.
Scrapper cited
Antonio Gallardo, 37, of the 5400 block of Hoyne in Chicago, was cited for scrapping around 8:17 a.m. near the intersection of Elder and Hillgrove, police said. A man had called police to report a white van with temporary plates driving up and down the street.

Marijuana found in backyard
A resident found a prescription drug bottle with marijuana inside it in his backyard in the 00 block of Peck, police said. The resident said he believed it belonged to people he found in his backyard several weeks prior. The responding officer disposed of the drug.

Stolen bike
A bike was stolen from a garage in the 1100 block of Arlington during March, police said.
Filming from suspicious van
Someone inside of a silver or gray van was reportedly taking pictures or video of a girl around 7:56 p.m. near the intersection of Cossitt and Edgewood, police said. Police were unable to locate the van.
