Same Man Charged Two Weeks in a Row: La Grange Park Police Blotter

MONDAY, OCT. 8

Defacement Charges Follow One for Disorderly Conduct 

Erik K. Lirette, 30, of the 1100 block of Kemman Street, was charged with criminal defacement based on two signed complaints for incidents that occurred in La Grange Park. Police redacted the locations of the offenses in official reports. The time of the arrest was not specified. (The same defendant was also charged last week with disorderly conduct after police said he yelled obscenities on 31st Street while carrying a baseball bat.)

Long Ladder, No License

Daniel Martinez, 28, of the 1300 block of Cedarwood Drive, Crest Hill, was stopped on the 1200 block of La Grange Road at 10:06 a.m. for an unmarked protruding extension ladder and lack of a front registration plate, police said. He was charged with driving without a valid license.

Suspended Driver’s License

Antonio Ramirez, 45, of the 1500 block of South Euclid, Berwyn, was stopped on the 1100 block of North La Grange Road at 11:50 p.m. for lack of a functioning registration light and was charged with driving with a suspended license, police said.
