Meanwhile, another official was sworn in at a Village Board meeting.

LA GRANGE, IL – One top official joined the La Grange village government Monday, while another is preparing to leave.
At a Village Board meeting, Tim O'Brien was sworn in as the new public works director, a position that had been vacant since December. (He is not to be confused with Tim O'Brien, the village trustee.)
At the same session, officials announced that it was the last meeting for Suzy Mika, who started as the village's finance director in August 2023.
