Western Springs Police Reports: Driving Without License

The information in the following reports is courtesy of the Western Springs Police Department.

Oscar Carrillo, 37 of the 500 block of W. Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines, was stopped March 1 for making an improper turn in the 4700 block of Grand Avenue. A records check confirmed he was driving without a license.

Jaber Fahed, 57 of the 7900 block of W. Tameling Court in Palos Hills, was stopped March 6 for speeding over the posted limit in the 4700 block of Central Avenue. A record check confirmed he was driving with a suspended license.
